Drop-dead fresh hand-dipped chocolates, lovely gift packing, helpful friendly staff and seasonal specialties. You can even tour their factory if you call ahead.

I was invited along by a friend to attend a chocolate tour of Beverly Hills and this shop was the list of many decadent options that I had never even heard of. If I could describe how heaven would smell like, I would say it would have to smell of fresh grass on a field, the sea and that shop.... More

I took a "chocolate tour of Beverly Hills" and Edelweiss was my favorite stop! The owner devoted her full attention to telling us about the handmade (since the 1940s) chocolates. The tour was upmost interesting. It was especially nice being welcomed into the shop by the smell of delicious chocolate!! Of course I'm taking some chocolates home to enjoy!

I always buy the chocolate dipped apricots and they are superb. In fact, all of their candy is top notch. I also swoon for their dark chocolate covered marshmallows.

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
