This is totally worth it and the facilities are beautiful. Hotel guests are able to use the saunas and showers for free. They'll give you bathrobes and slippers and serve cucumber water. Delish! I didn't get a massage but I would if I came back.

The hotel is old but very beautiful. Parking of $30/night is a bit much. $26 resort fee is a bit much if we didn't use the amenities Overall , my stay was great

The spa is simply incredible. Everyone working there is gracious and service oriented. I must say I had the best message of my life by Diane Ingracious. My facial with Semegn was over the top perfect and again the best I have ever had. I was so relaxed I forgot to get their names and had to call today because... More

I scheduled a ginseng herbal facial for me and my wife for our anniversary. After we checked in with the spa reception, we each went to our respective gender's locker rooms to change into robes. I was greeted by a very friendly employee named Brandon who gave me my robe, sandals, locker key, and where to go next. After my... More

I was actually excited to stay at this hotel - I've wanted to for many years - and cut short my stay in Napa to do so. Given my experience, I'd stay in Walnut Creek or Emeryville and save money next time. My wife and I stayed in this hotel on 8/1/13 and we were disappointed on all fronts. Long... More

The spa was nice to relax and enjoy some pampering. I suggest you purchase Spafinder coupons from Costco to save yourself some money. The Claremont Spa accepts Spafinder coupons which will help cover the costly spa treatments. (Tip...you can use spafinder coupons for gratuity too) The spa is very pricey... and I dont' think justified for the amenities. You will... More

The hotel is an beginning of the 20th century English-Style castle (literally speaking), and it is built just behind a hill, so you have a fantastic view of San Francisco Bay. The Hotel service, in general, is also very good, actually they hold a lot of business/academic meetings (I am here for one of these meetings, by the way). Rooms... More

I did not stay at the Claremont hotel but I can't wait to go back. I was there for business and had some extra time to kill. The concierge told me how great the spa was so I decided to give it a try. Amy was awesome. Hands down one of the best massages I've had. All of the spa... More

I live nearby and have always had service issues with their restaurants, so I was pleasantly surprised after my first visit to the spa. Overall, the body treatment and technician were good, but I'm not sure I'll frequent this spa with their current prices, facilities, and service levels. The good: -I got a mud wrap body treatment with Meega. She... More
