We spent the evening learning from the charming Chef Gaby the art of French cooking. We moved from station to station learning how to make lobster bisque, foie gras hanger steak, mushroom risotto and Grand Marnier Souffle. It was delicious!! We walked away with a delightful culinary memory.

I took the Italian Tapas class with my dearest friend, and had such a grand time. We cooked a variety of delicious appetizers under the tutelage of Chef Maria and a troop of assistants.
