We went as a family and picked apples and then did the corn maze treasure hunt and took a hay ride out to pick a pumpkin. Lastly we visited the cafe and bought some goodies including apple cider. There are many different types of apples to choose from to pick although the Delicious were not ready. It was great to... More

We picked apples but ended up buying more at the store - great cider and even some gluten free baking. A nice family outing.

Frootogo offers an apple orchard, pumpkin patch, wagon rides, a corn maze and play area appropriate for kids up to 6 or 7 yrs old. Oh, and they also have a couple of very cute goats. There is a small market and cafe where you can get some of the most amazing soup and biggest tea biscuits I've ever had.... More

Apple picking was good but two part baskets cost $60.00 Kids wanted to go in play area which is just some backyard toys in a fenced off area that they charge for. We thought fine but then they also charge for adults to go in also! How ridiculous! And after paying $60 for apples!

I took my 4 yr old and 10 year old on the weekend. It was busy, but well organized & we didn't have to wait for anything. We went apple picking & pumpkin picking, I bought some fresh baked goods, the kids played in the play area & on the "go carts". Great day!

Frootogo Orchards has the BEST apple pie you will ever taste! There is a market, bakery, play land for young children and pick your own apple orchard. The scenic countryside really gives you the feeling of Fall. The fee for the play land is very reasonable and my children really enjoyed themselves. Pack your camera!

I live in Waterdown and went to the Saturday morning Farmer's Market at the Legion Hall this weekend. It had a great selection of vegetables, food, bakery items, etc. It's also nice that the BIA (Business Improvement Association) supports our local farmers by organizing this market, as well as supporting our local Veteran's Legion Frootogo was not a vendor at... Once upon a time this was a much smaller operation with an enjoyable wagon ride to the pumpkin patch, you could pick some apples and you could check out their small food truck that sold some great soup etc. Today, it is a behemoth where you pay to go through the corn maze, pay to go on the wagon ride...
