A great trip to the seals in Lochcarron. Calum is a great character and warmly welcomes you aboard. You will be unlucky not to see any seals which were plentiful on the surrounding islands. Other sea life is harder to find but we did see a fin!

Calum was very entertaining and gave us a brief history of the harbour and surrounding sights. Well worth a trip and of course there are lots of seals!

We saw seals and the bay was lovely despite bad weather. A good length of trip too. Callum's singing and jokes might be lost on foreign tourists!

Good value for money and not to be missed! You get to see a lot of seals up close and surrounded by the gorgeous scenery. Highly recommended!

Calum has been running these trips for 35 years, but there's no hint that he is bored of it - he enlivens each one with his commentary that combines interesting facts about the area and it's history with some great jokes and anecdotes. He also let our two teenage sons drive the boat around one of the islands which they... More

We saw lots of seals and kept entertained by Callum and his jokes. Easy to see from the boat and impressed by the offer of blankets for those who were cold.

What a brilliant experience we all had from start to finish. When we first boarded we were introduced to the crew and offered a blanket to keep warm as it was a bit chilly. The cost is £10 but only if you see any seals and I am glad to say we did. We were lucky also to see a... More

Cap'in Calum (and wifey) provide a wonderful seafaring trip round the local islands to Plockton to view the local wildlife. Sea birds, seals (and their pups), otters, as well as recently seen whales. As well pointing out the local buildings and their stories. Added to this Calum's great sense of humour and you have the recipe for a fantastic journey.... More
