What can I say about this experience to encourage others to take this trip apart from 'if you take it, then you don't know what you are missing' Running from a choice of two piers depending on the tide in the loch, there was a choice of 4 time slots to take the trip which lasted around 1 hour and... Calum takes the boat out up to 4 times a day. You don't need to book, just turn up 10mins or so before departure. There is a little shop along Plockton harbour near The Shores restaurant which gives the times and more details of the cruise. It's £10 for an adult and lasts 1 hour. It's a good hour, with... More

One of the best boat trips we been on. It's a great afternoon seeing seals. The skipper was so nice to my little girl. He let her steer the boat.

Despite the weather being a bit miserable it was a great way to see the local area. The skipper is full of fun and tales and let's the kids (big or small) drive the boat.

A great trip to take a look at the seals or maybe to let them take a look at us ! Calums jokes and stories and his descriptions of some places of interest on the trip made for an entertaining and enjoyable time that passed all too quickly . Do not miss the opportunity of a ride on his boat... More

A great trip to the seals in Lochcarron. Calum is a great character and warmly welcomes you aboard. You will be unlucky not to see any seals which were plentiful on the surrounding islands. Other sea life is harder to find but we did see a fin!

Calum was very entertaining and gave us a brief history of the harbour and surrounding sights. Well worth a trip and of course there are lots of seals!

We saw seals and the bay was lovely despite bad weather. A good length of trip too. Callum's singing and jokes might be lost on foreign tourists!
