Got an earlier start, which was good. By late morning, there were many people walking to the falls. Beautiful!

If you are in to nature you should visit Kozjak waterfalls. Firstly there is a paid parking space 2km from waterfall. There is a walking path to waterfalls which is marked and you couldn't miss it. If you walk you Will pass the junction which tells you that you could go forward or right to reach waterfalls. Go right because... More

A breathtaking view of all the waterfalls and steams. The water is crystal clear however, it took a lot of walking to get around on some fairly old footpaths which some of the older members of the group struggled with.

A nice waterfall, which has an amazing emerald green pool at is base. This site is on the Kobarid Historical Trail, which if you have the time and energy is worth doing (the Tourist Information Center have free maps).

It's a nice walk to the waterfall, no too heavy not too long, enough excitement for the kids, we enjoyed the beautifull nature. Be sure to wear appropriate shoes.

I was expecting to see a lot of people at the waterfall either in the water or swimming. When we got there we were the only ones and after about 10 min another group joined us. People seem to come here to go up to the viewing station and take photos and then leave and do the swimming in the... More

You can reach waterfall walking from Kobarid either crossing the Napoleon bridge (shortest way) either going from center, passing the church "kostnica", "tonoc" castle. It is actual a circle walk. This part is for sure one of the best in Slovenia, absolutely worth to spend day or two. Enough words, pictures says everything.

It's hard enough to get to this spot, but worth the trek. The waterfall has eroded a fairly substantial cave for itself in the limestone, with a large pool below it. The water is ice-cold so if you decide to go for a swim, you'd better be mentally prepared for the cold! The walk in is easy enough, but definitely... More
