Great small quaint place. Stopped in on a miserable night out and ended up staying. Walls full of memorabilia barman was decent sound man, got chatting to him as we were leaving. Can tell you whatever you need to know about the town.

Very overcrowded and so noisy couldn't hear myself talk. Told you will get a great pint of guinness though.

He informed us that it catered for locals but at one time had been renowned for meals and the kitchen remains there. Pity (there is actually an... More

Great to see a good old fashioned Irish pub at its best. Very friendly, like stepping back in time. Love it.

Situated along the river Slaney is the best traditional pub ever seen. Great ambience and service. The facade makes most of the difference though

The Antique Tavern is the place to watch rugby matches in Enniscorthy. Two of the three staff (Karl & Andy) are big fans of the oval ball and the third (Lisa) is very tolerant of requests to put on the TV for all sorts of obscure games. FREE half-time refreshments are usually on offer during Irish games in the Six... More

We spent four night's on Enniscorthy and liked this little pub so much we went every night. The decor as mentioned by other reviewers has a large number of weapons and artifacts dating from the 1798 Rebellion/revolution. The barman was very friendly, and the Stout was superb, and 4 euros a pint is a very reasonable price in Ireland. My... More
