We were staying in Cochem and could see the high roller coaster from the castle so youngest begged to go. Unlike British theme parks this one is a whole lot cheaper, plus the queues were significantly shorter. There's a distinct lack of staff which may keep the costs down - and a lot of 'DIY' rides but we loved it.... More

Still nog sure what to make of this wildlife park. It has a good mix of local animals, however the majority of the animals is used to people feeding them which totally spoils it. Highlight was a pack of little piglets roaming around.

Massive drive through wildlife area where you can get up close and personal with a few of the residents. Be aware they can get pushy if you have food. I almost got a frenchy from a lama / alpaca.....! You can buy food in vending machines for them or bring bread. Stop at certain locations and pet a few. Would... More

An excellent opportunity to be amongst the animals at close quarters. The Monkey enclosure was fascinating. Allow plenty of time to drive and walk around. Ideal for Children of all ages

Great for family. Easy to stop and park car at viewing points where some of the tamer wild animals will come and eat from your hand. You have to buy wild animal food from the machines there.mDo it.mThe animals get ill eating other stuff. Kids thrilled by llamas, mtheir young, mdeer, emus, herds of wild pigs, alpacas. Nice climbs up steep hills... More

The attraction park allows you to do a roundtrip with your car in a wildlife park. This for fair price of 28€ for 2 adults and 2 children (in 1 car). Even in high season the place is still not crowded (it's 220 Hectacres or 550 Acres). At the parking lots you realize the amount of people there really is.... More

There is a neat little nature museum area next to where you pay, great bathrooms found here as well. Plan on at least 1 hour for drive & monkey area, more of you use the playground or eat there. In the monkey area there were several babies so we got to see them up close, we went around 11 am... More

Great safari trail by car. Many opportunities to make stops and even feed some of the wildlife. Recommended.

You can drive through and get out at certain areas at your leisure (I'd be wary of the boars though!) So much fun. We only allotted two hours and wished we had had more time to spend there. The animal food is just a euro. The first machine I tried didn't work, but the second one worked fine. It's possible... More

Tickets are €7 each. You can drive through the park with your own car, and see hogs, deer, lama, donkeys etc. You can buy a small box of special food for €1 so you can feed the animals at the look out points. There's also a monkey habitat with barbary apes. Every few hours there's a birds of prey show... More
