Even if you re not going to become a chef of Indian cuisine this course will be of much interest to you! Hermant, the tutor, has excellent skills as well as a great sense of humor - you ll enjoy your time and easily make some chapatis or dal or anything under his supervision. We d love to come back... Not overly impressed by this cooking lesson. Was really looking forward to cooking some tasty authentic curry dishes but instead produced some very basic and bland food. Pretty disappointing all in all, maybe we visited on an off day considering all of the excellent reviews Deepa has received. But to be honest the lesson seemed to drag and there were... More

Clear instructions and demonstration with chance to participate and practice. Lots of wonderful conversation about ingredients and cooking methods. The thee dishes cooked and eaten were superb - malai kofta, dahl and stuffed parantha. I learnt a lot and thoroughly enjoyed. Can't wait to reproduce at home.

Me and my boyfriend wanted to learn more about Indian cooking as we wanted to be able to share some of the amazing dishes when we get home. This class did not disappoint! Deepa was so friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and just a fantastic teacher. The food was delicious and I cannot recommend this class enough. Lovely recipes to take home... More

Received a 2 hour, 2 meals cooking class. Seemed to be rushed and lacking in attention to students. It's a taster cooking class rather than an insight into Indian cuisine

I have been meaning to write this for ages as I did the cookery course back in December. It was such a good day. Deepa who took my class is such a lovely lady. She is friendly, funny and very patient. Her cooking is absolutely amazing. We made 3 dishes, potato paratha, aloo gobi and dall, all were delicious. I... More

We had a 3 hour lesson with Deepa and it was great. We chose 3 things we wanted to cook and were methodologically taken through the ingredients, method and then had chance to make the dish with Deepa's guidance. She was able to answer all our questions and we made some really delicious food. We even bought some of her... More

The cooking class we took was very good! Deepa the teacher is super friendly and sweet and the food we made tasted amazing. The kitchen was small but cosy. You do have to take your own notebook with you. I would definately recommend this cooking class.

This family learns you in around 3 hours how to cook three Indian main veggie courses and on top of it they will make you enjoy their good sense of humor. This is something that definitely shouldn't be missed. And what you cook you will be forced to eat so don't forget to pay attention during initial explanation how to... More
