I have been meaning to write this for ages as I did the cookery course back in December. It was such a good day. Deepa who took my class is such a lovely lady. She is friendly, funny and very patient. Her cooking is absolutely amazing. We made 3 dishes, potato paratha, aloo gobi and dall, all were delicious. I... More

We had a 3 hour lesson with Deepa and it was great. We chose 3 things we wanted to cook and were methodologically taken through the ingredients, method and then had chance to make the dish with Deepa's guidance. She was able to answer all our questions and we made some really delicious food. We even bought some of her... More

The cooking class we took was very good! Deepa the teacher is super friendly and sweet and the food we made tasted amazing. The kitchen was small but cosy. You do have to take your own notebook with you. I would definately recommend this cooking class.

This family learns you in around 3 hours how to cook three Indian main veggie courses and on top of it they will make you enjoy their good sense of humor. This is something that definitely shouldn't be missed. And what you cook you will be forced to eat so don't forget to pay attention during initial explanation how to... More

I have been on a couple of cookery classes in the past and this one was quite different as it had a far more informal and homely feel. It was more as if I (and another tourist) had been invited into somebody's kitchen for the morning to see how to cook and for a nice chat. The instructions were very... More

I came here with my wife for cooking lessons, and had some of the best food we've had so far in India! The lessons were very clear and easy to follow, the conversation excellent, and the food was amazing. Lots learnt. We just need a kitchen now to practice... Thanks for everything guys!

I can't compare this to any other class, as it's the only one I've done, however, it was a fantastic few hours. I learned so much more than how to cook, having great conversations on India, religion etc. The recipes learnt and cooked tasted amazing and I can't wait to cook them when I return home. Well done!

As a foodie I was very much looking forward to seeing how to recreate some traditional Indian food back home. Simply put, we were not disappointed. Situated with the Sarawati music and dance school, it is set back a bit in the local residential maze. Once we were there though we were reassured by a friendly welcome. We were fortunate... More
