Hi - this is a lovely walk from McCloud Ganj with superb scenery all along the way. We were disappointed to find the library closed - it was a building site - so check if this is important. However, we enjoyed walking around the buildings and the view from the roof.
We were lucky enough to have a personal tour of the Library and Archives as well as the Museum of Tibetan Medicine and Astrology. The location is lovely and peaceful ... just far enough down the mountain from Mcleod Ganj to get away from the hustle and bustle. The taxi from the main square is 100rs.
lots of people here mainly foreigner... more seating place needed
