Great view of Dhauladhar

Valley with such a great and long view of the dhauladhar range. A long stretch of snow capped mountains right from the road and from far away. Something spectacular.

The mountain range is breathtaking. Although in the month of October the snow cover is minimum but one can enjoy the sharp granite peaks.

We drove through the kangra valley and found the many small towns of interest and the terraced rice fields are beautiful too. We were lucky to have a clear day to see the Dhauladhar mountain range. Spectacular sight.

will take 45mins to reach from Dalhousie and the road condition is good to drive. Don't expect a lot. Its a huge place with tourists and does have some activities for kids. 3hrs stay is good enough there

An hour and half flight from Delhi to Dharamshala. Scenic beauty all along. The Cricket stadium has a beautiful setting. Macleodganj where the Tibetans are inhabited is a pleasure to visit. Streets are clean and the little shops have a lot of interesting stuff at almost throw away prices. Tibetan food an absolute delight especially with most dishes being vegetarian.... More

Where i usually stay, near village Bagiara, from village Tang, view of Dhauladhar Ranges as well as Kangra valley offers loveliest views. The view simple awesome. It's a good place to be in Dharamsala. The best time, as our cab driver said, to visit this place was March. But we enjoyed being here. The kangra temple is also on the way. So, could visit that too. Overall, I would recommend coming to this place.
