Wroxham Barns is one of Norfolk's leading tourist attractions. With its accent firmly on quality and with strong green credentials, it manages that really rather rare thing - of appealing to different ages. Grown-ups enjoy pottering around the shops and workshops, often chatting to the artists themselves or stopping to watch a craftsman create something unique. With a wood turner, stained glass specialist and Chris Hutchins from Norfolk Sketches, you will find the gift that is just that bit special. Fashion lovers should seek out the Gallery where labels such as Seasalt, Ness and Steilmann are on offer along sidehand bags, scarves, hats and more. And Sugar and Spice offers quirky children's pieces which are much more fun than items offered in the High Street. Foodie lovers are especially well catered for as the Pantry is packed with delicious food, much sourced locally so you can stock up your own store cupboards with jams, chutneys, oils, wines and more.

Impressed with the shopping outlet especially the craft shop, came away with lots of projects to tackle and yards of material. The selection was the best I have encountered in years. The cafe was inexpensive but had a limited selection of foods, but there is a large grassed area should you prefer to take a picnic. The grandchildren enjoyed the... More

Popped in here on our way home to Suffolk, after two weeks holiday in Norfolk, been several times before,my nine year old son had £5 worth on rides, had a look round shops and at first glance they seemed a little on the expensive side, but on closer inspection the quality of the articles on sale jewellery, pictures, glass and pottery etc seemed very fair.we went... A few craft shops , gift shop with ladies fashion upstairs( lovely clothes) You pay just for the children's activities, no entry price for Wroxham Barns itself. There was a small circus there on the day we visited, which was great! The restaurant was quite dire, poor choice of food and the young staff were vague, service slow. We did'nt spend... More

The title of this review hurts a little but the review by Janis B is not all bad and we are grateful to Janis B and her family for visiting and for sharing her thoughts. The good bits…they loved the Circus and our clothes shop. Just to apply a little perspective…”the few craft shops” is actually 10 studios and specialist... More

We live locally so come here quite regularly. We are season ticket holders, so it's good value for us to go for a couple of hours at a time. Our 3 year old likes to feed the animals in the junior farm, then a spot of lunch in the very reasonable restaurant and a quick play on the mini fun... More

We always welcome reviews from visitors, but from local residents they are especially helpful. Locals have a choice and will only continue to visit if they enjoy what they see. So thank you Mattfromnorfolk for taking the time to share, really appreciated. A key point with this review is that Wroxham Barns works for all the generations, young and not... More

Good variety of shops. We enjoyed the decoupache activity. The cafe served good cakes but on disposable plates with wooden cutlery. Americano coffes was made using a barista machine but was topped up with boiling water from an urn - making it very weak and almost undrinkable.

Thanks to the Odds Family for coming to visited us, glad you enjoyed our studios and shops and had fun with the Decopatch. A few comments about disposable cutlery and horrid coffee. We have two places where you can enjoy food and drink. Our restaurant seats 90 people, is traditional table service (with proper china and cutlery), morning coffee, lunch,... More

We visited wroxham barns whilst staying in horning. There is plenty of parking including disabled parking! There are plenty of small barns offering a range of things from arts and crafts to delicious food and drinks. We played the 18 hole crazy golf which was great fun and well designed, including our ball landing in the water several times but... More

We love Wroxham Barns..... We make a special visit once a year when we are in the area. The cider shop is a MUST, the sweet shop is great for those traditional favourites and the Pantry is fantastic for those speciality jams and treats. We love watching the stain glass being made and the wooden items being engraved. All this... More

A little visit to Wroxham Barns. Love the Norfolk Cider and apple juice. A few interesting little shops with wood carvings, pottery, paintings, a craft shop, real fudge shop (very yummy) handmade jewelery, cafe and coffe shop with very nice LavAzza coffee.

Shopping site with a slightly rundown air, probably the result of relying on its reputation to attract new visitors. We've been a number of times over the years and disappointing to find that prices in the shops have risen much faster than recent inflation.

russell777norwich, Owner at Wroxham Barns, responded to this review

Needless to say we don’t really agree with the “slightly rundown” comment but we always treat reviews as an opportunity to reflect. I guess Dear reader we can only ask that you read a few reviews before making your decision. Just on prices, we are absolutely sure that prices in the shops have not gone up in the past few... More
