Wroxham Barns is one of Norfolk's leading tourist attractions. With its accent firmly on quality and with strong green credentials, it manages that really rather rare thing - of appealing to different ages. Grown-ups enjoy pottering around the shops and workshops, often chatting to the artists themselves or stopping to watch a craftsman create something unique. With a wood turner, stained glass specialist and Chris Hutchins from Norfolk Sketches, you will find the gift that is just that bit special. Fashion lovers should seek out the Gallery where labels such as Seasalt, Ness and Steilmann are on offer along sidehand bags, scarves, hats and more. And Sugar and Spice offers quirky children's pieces which are much more fun than items offered in the High Street. Foodie lovers are especially well catered for as the Pantry is packed with delicious food, much sourced locally so you can stock up your own store cupboards with jams, chutneys, oils, wines and more.

We had a great time here with young kids and old folks. Goats were hilarious! and the cafes were lovely. It was a rainy day so would be even more fun in good weather, but they really worked hard to make the animal experience good.

This was the first time that we have tried the Sunday lunch at Wroxham Barns - and we were very impressed. Good service, lovely food - and so much of it we didn't have room for dessert

Have been here numerous times and I think the best time to visit is the summer months when you can enjoy going to the farm to feed the animals. This is an attraction which is best enjoyed with children, well there is more for children to enjoy I feel. Lots of little shops, I really like the farm shop which... More

We have been here many times with our children and enjoyed it every time. All the shops are lovely and the cafe serves lovely food. We always enjoy the farm too, getting to feed the animals.

Went to the Children's Christmas Party at Wroxham Barns yesterday. It was brilliant..all my granddaughters (aged 7,2 and 4wks)really enjoyed it, so did the adults! Santa was great and his Elves worked their socks off! It was non stop activities, games, fun and food topped off nicely with a present from Santa. Would definitely recommend it.

Not much open at this time of year but the restaurant a good choice to take lunch and very child friendly. Food is good and not pricey. The shops appear to restock at this time of year although to be fair the deli had only open this week.

We think you visited during the first few days of October when, as you say, we were in the process of opening our new produce shop “Scrummy Pig” and refitting a large part of our main gallery. Sorry that we did not look our best. So pleased that you enjoyed our restaurant. More

Always head here when in the area. A nice variety of shops. Lots of hand crafted things to buy. The homemade jams & chutneys are amazing and the homemade sausages are devine Well worth a visit

Following a bad experience in July I was invited back for lunch. The staff in the restaurant were brilliant on this occasion. My friend, who has a severe food allergy, needed help with the menu options and the waitress was very helpful and understanding. We enjoyed home-cooked steak pie and a delicious quiche. My compliments to the management on the... More

Thanks for the follow-up review, we really do appreciate this. When we get it wrong, we will always own up, learn the lesson and try to restore your faith. Importantly, although you let me know you were planning to revisit, I did not tell our staff. What you experienced was the team doing their job well and as trained. So... More
