Owner description: Wroxham Barns is one of Norfolk's leading tourist attractions. With its accent firmly on quality and with strong green credentials, it manages that really rather rare thing - of appealing to different ages. Grown-ups enjoy pottering around the shops and workshops, often chatting to the artists themselves or stopping to watch a craftsman create something unique. With a wood turner, stained glass specialist and Chris Hutchins from Norfolk Sketches, you will find the gift that is just that bit special. Fashion lovers should seek out the Gallery where labels such as Seasalt, Ness and Steilmann are on offer along sidehand bags, scarves, hats and more. And Sugar and Spice offers quirky children's pieces which are much more fun than items offered in the High Street. Foodie lovers are especially well catered for as the Pantry is packed with delicious food, much sourced locally so you can stock up your own store cupboards with jams, chutneys, oils, wines and more.

As a Rotarian I eat here most Monday evenings, and I must say that I've never had a bad meal. We have a starter and a main one week followed by coffee and mints. Then the next week we have a main and a pudding followed by coffee and mints. We are always made to feel welcome by Ian, James,... More

This was a great place to spend a day as part of out holiday to the Norfolk broads. Our 4 year old twins loved the junior farm, there was a Halloween pumpkin hunt and the staff were so friendly. They also loved the fair and the little playground. We had cakes in the restaurant which were delicious - the main... More

We took our 2 year old and 4 year old and all enjoyed the variety of attractions. The children really liked feeding the animals and doing the pumpkin trail. We also spent a good while doing some rides and the inflatable slide was especially thrilling for the 4 year old. With a choice of eateries we went for the restaurant... More

Whenever we have friends visiting from outside of Norfolk we always take them to Wroxham Barns because there is so much to see and do and something for all family members. We headed onto Junior Farm and the children loved seeing all the animals. We all had a go at the pumpkin trail which resulted in a spooky lucky dip... More

It wasn't our first trip to Wroxham Barns and we weren't let down. For shopping, the quality's high and there's variety, whether it's gifts, jewellery or ladies and children's clothing. Local artisans, a potter, stained glass artist, wood turner and picture framer all have premises there. Down in one corner there's a place for children (and adults) to decorate cups,... More

Because several shops closed. Sandwiches expensive and not that nice. Just felt the promotional material we had read promised lots and actually the shops were small and after 30 minutes we were ready to leave!
