The walking path is hard surface (concrete). Pretty gentle slope. It connects to the Arkansas River Trail across the river in North Little Rock via two repurposed railroad bridges.

This park is right on the river with plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at. We were there for a Family Fun Night with ATA. Hotels and the Convention Center were both in walking distance.

A walk through the North Shore River Walk will give you a chance to see the real "Little Rock." We enjoyed seeing the historic information, the bridge and finally the actual rock where ships and boats docked when Little Rock was founded.

beautiful scenery to be taken in on an evening walk. For safety purposes, be sure you are accompanied by at least one other person as opposed to walking alone. Parking and lighting is adequate yet I would not walk here after dusk.

I'm in little rock for a few months for my husbands job and decided to site see. When I hit maps to go to this park it gave me directions into a gated apt. Complex community. Needless to say we never were able to find the park. Don't waste tour time trying to go here via TripAdvisor

Located on the north side of the Arkansas River, this park offers views of the river, and lighted walking trail. There are historical markers concerning the Trail of Tears. You can tour the USS Razorback, a WWII submarine. You can also walk across the bridge, and go to the River Market in Little Rock. Great place to take the kids,... More

Love the bridge. You can walk across to the River Market on the other side easily. I never get tired of being there. Love it!
