Attended a wedding on the Mark Twain Riverboat at sunset on the Arkansas River. The crew were all very nice and accommodating. I've been to the area before but never on the river. The sites were outstanding, especially when it became dark we cruised thru three bridges that light up. The food was fantastic and the bartender made me a... More

There is a decent lunch buffet, the view is quite nice, and they play live music and have a small dance floor. Worth a try!!

We had our department Christmas luncheon on the Arkansas Queen. It was a really great place to have the holiday lunch. The trip passed by several Arkansas sites and we saw a bald eagle! Food was acceptable - not the best but definitely far from the worst.

Our family tremendously enjoyed a Thanksgiving cruise down the Arkansas river, aboard the Arkansas Queen. Their staff members were very friendly and helpful. They provided an assortment of traditional Thanksgiving food, which were all delicious. The turkey was our favorite! We were still talking about it a week later. The children and adults both took part in dancing to the... More

We went on the lunch cruise, and had a very enjoyable time! The staff and crew were very friendly and helpful. Lunch was simple but yummy (two kinds of barbecue, potato salad, coleslaw, giant oatmeal raisin cookie, iced tea and water). The tour lasts for about 90 minutes, during which you are paddled up and down a stretch of the... More

I just went on an evening cruise on this boat. Here in the heart of America, where fresh vegetables can be purchased right cross the river at the farmers market, here in the heart of the growing season, the Arkansas Queen "chef" opens cans of corn and green beans and calls it dinner. I call it garbage. Tacky decorations, long... More

Enjoyed the Arkansas Queen on a beautiful night! Very pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the evening. Bar was well equipped and staff helpful. Dinner was standard buffet fare - good have been better!

The food was great and so was the scenery, and there was plenty for the kids to do, they even played bingo and won captain hats.

Let me start from the beginning with a brief itinerary of event: we called to make reservation for 2 for a Saturday lunch cruise from 12:00 - 1:30pm (lunch for Saturday only, or dinner for Fri/Sat) - no issue on that. Ms Dana was nice to email me the direction and menu. We arrived around 11.30am as instructed for boarding... More
