This is the second three day new years we have rented cabin nine, two bed room at Lake Fort Smith. Great like new cabin in the Boston Mountain range area. A few minor suggestions: 1)no cabin instruction manual, example,,TV is disk, no guide we never turned it on 2)the smoke alarms in the kitchen are super sensitive, it will blast... More

Great place to be a weekend gateway from Dallas,tx. Very clean and well maintained. Park rangers were great, kids loved the special workshop they did. Great campsite and picnic area. Boats were reasonably priced for renting.

This area is absolutely beautiful. We have kayaked here and it was a great little trip. They rent kayaks, canoes, different sized boats. They have camping spaces available. This is a quick drive from Fort Smith.

Hard to believe it is a State Park. Seems like everything is brand new! Camp sites are very private and well kept. Sites included fire pit, picnic table, site to pitch tent if desired, water, electric up to 50amp and sewer! Public Restroom facilities were large, very clean and climate controlled. Park also has very nice Pool (although was closed... More

Perfect stop for our bus tour. We could cycle people through the video, displays, bathroom and shopping. A treat was the box of ice cream treats available

We did not stay at the park, but rode through and stopped for a bit here and there. The cabins and areas they are in look wonderful, large playground, marina and beautiful throughout.

Stopped here on our 5000 mile camping trip. The campsites are by far some of the best...if not the best we have stayed at. That includes state parks national parks/forests and private. The layout is superb.

We stayed for three nights in our travel trailer. Full hookups at $32 a night. Good size space with a built up tent pad, picnic table, charcoal grill and fire pit. Not on top of your neighbors either. Very clean. Everything is well maintained. Rest rooms and showers are also well kept.
