The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The cave was awesome. We only had the short tour, but it was still very interesting and pretty. We also went to the spring and lake. The waterfall was so beautiful. We enjoyed climbing it and playing in the water. The lake was so pretty - the color of the water was almost... More

This cave is an excellent site to visit. Compared to other major caves, this one was opened to the public relatively recently. As a result, the formations have been preserved better than what you may see in other caves. We were especially impressed with how well the cave's features were illuminated. The staff is excellent and gives good tours. There... More

This trip was a quick couple of hours and its well worth the drive down to the caverns. The park ranger had a wealth of information and made it a fun trip.

Perfect tour with knowledgeable tour guide. Breathtaking structure with descriptive history. Everyone should take a day, you can even purchase your tickets online to make things a little easier. We all must do our part to keep these caves around for many years to come and this is done by visitors. This funding this put toward the tours and keeping... More

We took the shorter tour since we had time constraints. It was a beautiful cave with tour guides that were knowledgeable and informative. The National Park Service has done a nice job preserving its beauty and providing a great opportunity for visitors to enjoy it. It was time well-spent.

This is a big beautiful cave. We were there first thing Monday morning and the 2 of us had the tour guide to ourselves. That was lucky and fabulous. We didn't do the lower cave, but I bet it is wonderful.

We took the easy tour but there was still a lot of information and beauty to see. Our guide Dalton was awesome. We very much enjoyed the experience.

Nice inexpensive ($10 per head) and quick (1 hour) tour. Really amazing caverns. Had to wait 45 minutes to get a tour after being told on the phone there would be no wait - somewhat understandable due to Memorial Day weekend.
