Four of us went on the wild cave tour and I cannot put into words how amazing it was! You have to be able to crawl into tight spots and scale 100ft drop offs, I admit I was terrified when I found out we wouldn't have any ropes or anchors, but our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly he talked... Set aside an hour to tour the Dripstone Cavern and soak up a bit of American history and geology. Kid-friendly.

We've been to a lot of caverns, but I don't remember any that were more spectacular than this! They have done a fine job with walkways and lighting so that you can really see the formations well. We took the Dripstone Trail tour which is available year round. It was about an hour long and included many wonderful formations. (The... More

Such resonance inside the cavern... beautiful lilting flows and ebbs off of the interior of the caverns. A must see. Spine tingling waves of euphoria as the music takes you to another era and displays the time period in a way that romanticizes the experience in a way that is never forgotten.

Fantastic. We have been on several cave tours in different parts of the country and this one is by far the BEST. If you are in the area this is a must do.

Headed north from Fairfield Bay to kill some time and let the day warm up before playing some golf. Had no, to low expectations based upon my lack of knowledge of the area. But our group was completely blown away by the quality of the Blanchard Springs Cavern facilities, knowledge of the staff (in particular our guide Dalton), and the... More

I had read about this in a guide book and decided since I was in the area to check it out and was so glad I did. I took about a 90 minute tour with a great guide. The path through the caverns is easy to walk and the caverns were very impressive, especially a couple of large rooms, I... More

Blanchard Springs Caverns offers three different tours. The Discovery trail is longer and requires more stamina and sure-footedness. The Wild Cave tour is more of an introduction to caving, so it isn’t for everyone and you can’t take the tour without reservations and prior preparation. We took the Dripstone trail which was beautiful. We didn’t make reservations and there were... More

We went here wondering what this was about and if it was worth our time. Wow it was great! The guide was great! We left talking about how it was so worth the trip!
