If you're in the area this is a must see. Lake is very full now and they're discharging water into the White River. Great views and history at the Information Center. They run a movie every 30 minutes about the history of Bull Shoals Lake.

We stopped at the Gaston Visitor Center to take in the beautiful views of the dam, Bull Shoals Lake and the White River. The center is interesting and educational for all ages.

We enjoyed visiting the Bull Shoals Dam. It is amazing to look at something and know that it was built without today's modern construction equipment. Take time to drive across it and walk through the Visitors Center.

We had a wonderful time last year in AR in Aug. We had just got back from South America for a month and this was a highlight to our summer. We spent a weekend with friends in Bull Shoals and I can't wait to go back. It is a very beautiful place the water below the dam is freezing the... More

Good time. Lake is great! Lots to do with family. Having a boat helps. Lake is a great place for boaters. Not over crowded.

Love this place! So much water, so little boats! Much better than anything we can get back in our area.

I live in the area of Bull Shoals Dam and always take out-of-town guests to the dam and Gaston Visitor Center. The 20 minute movie gives an excellent presentation of how the dam came to be. The best is the center is free to attend!

Clean and modern facility that would be a nice stop for a family. The views of the lake and the river are very nice.

There is great fly fishing on the White River below the Bull Shoals dam! Get smart and hire a local guide who knows the river. You'll enjoy excellent Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout fishing in a beautiful setting!

The dam itself is very impressive and has easy access. The visitor centre is just great and has a good film show. It also a god place for kids to visit as it quite educational.
