Petit Jean State Park is a wonderful park to visit, hike, swim, fish, boat, and just hang out in the woods. There is a beautiful lodge with a fine restaurant that has scenic view of the mountains. I have visited Petit Jean many times and always find something new. Within the park is an old car museum too.

We stayed in a duplex for the night...the cabin was peaceful and comfortably decorated. It was a cold and dreary day but the fireplace with the supplied wood made the cabin extra cozy and enjoyable. We had dinner and breakfast at the lodge. The food was delicious, hot, and very tasty. This is a wonderful state park with so much... More

My husband and I took an anniversary getaway and stopped for a few nights on our way to hot springs ark. We had a very good time, we ate in the restaurant, hiked and relaxed by the pool. The Sunsets were awesome from the pool/restaurant area. The rooms at the lodge were small but clean. We want to bring our... More

This a beaurifully scenic area. We drove the area (due to health issues) but the hiking must be absolutely wonderful. We did visit and eat in the lodge restaurant. The view was breathtaking. The lodge has huge windows, built in the last 2/3 years, with huge logs and decorated beautifully. The staff was excellent and the food very good. We... More

We have visited several times both tent and RV camping. The sites are spacious and clean. The park is very well run and offers several presentations from Park Rangers that are great for the family. The view is beautiful and there are a lot of hiking trails. We make it a regular visit.

Stayed here with my family in one of their cabins and it was very nice. We enjoyed the Cedar Falls Hike and had breakfast and dinner in the Mather Lodge. The park is very peaceful and has some nice trails and breathtaking views. We would definitely return.

This is a great state park. We hiked the 7 Hollows Trail and it was fantastic! Lots of cool rock formations, beautiful views and a really nice grotto to finish. If you get to the natural bridge, go around the back of the formation and up and there are these really interesting rock formations that look like massive turtle shells.... More
