We went there on Monday 25th January 2016. The weather was windy and the beach was breeze and cool. Lots of shops selling souvenirs and food stalls as well. We enjoyed the place very much. The restaurants along the beach was truly amazing as the food served was superb.

This is one of landmark, if you touch breast you will come back to Songkhla but the problem is there are a lot of people try to do the same thing so it's not easy to do what you want ^^

Not bad but really not much to see, it's like a must visit place to visit in this small town. But basically not much to do. You can eat the street food, buy souvenir, riding horse, nothing special

Nothing is interesting there. Beach is not beautiful. The statue is a signature there but I have no idea why.

A good place to visit, may spend for 30 mins walking and taking photos. Windy will make you feel comfortable.

Lots of local street foods here, also the statue and it's story was pretty cool. Love the beach view. Again, what caught my attention were the foods, very affordable and most were very fulfilling.

We visited Songklha in September and stayed at BP Samila. Our hotel room overlooked the Sea and the mermaid. Many people were taking pictures with her. The Beach and park area and a beautiful gazebo were directly adjacent, as well as a market area down the street. This was always a big tourist attraction for the week we were there.
