“The damn map provided by tripadvisor brought me nowhere!”

I followed the GPS and Map provided by Tripadvisor and was stranded. I was stuck at a village-like residential area. So disappointed with the site

“The Lake is more than just the Cape!”

Most of the reviews here talk about the dragon head statue at the very mouth of the estuary leading from the Songkhla Lake. It is beautiful and well-worth a visit. picture shown above is head part. there' re more for belly(middle) and tail part of NAGA-Myth creature in ancient thai belief. statue designed by art instructor in songkhla province to be travel attraction.

You can get there by Songkhla's version of a tuk tuk and it is nice and quiet not much to see but there is painting pottery kite flying eating at some nice seafood restaurants. Also you can get pulled around on a giant hotdog inflatable in the lake that is worth the money spent. If you go for an afternoon... More
