I was lazy. Awesome views and a beautiful Wat. I drove to the observatory.

Nothing here to dislike. It was an inspirational journey and most beautiful. A must do while in Hat Yai.

A trip to the top by riding a train. Once we reach up there's a small temple & good view of Songkhla with 360 view. Its quite hot that day & it is recommended to go there in the morning or evening. Bring a hat if you want to go there during the day. The kids love train trip. There's... More

When we went, the line was long. Needed to wait about 20 minutes before getting into the lift to be transported to the top of the hill. Could have been better if there were more chairs to sit on, or better still, if there were chairs just before entering the lift. But once on top, the view was fantastic. It... More

At the top there are lovely views of Songkhla, also a temple and lighthouse. If you go down some steep steps at the back of the temple you can view an old red bricked villa. The funicular station has an inexpensive gift shop... More
