If you are in in the Legaspiarea this is a very nice place for a daytrip it takes 1 - 1,5 hour to drive there from Legaspi. Beautiful waterfall and a very nice pool with clear cool water to swim in. Water comes down from more than one place and the small streams are nice for backmassage.

if you're looking for adventure, going there is quite one of the most thrilling. Went there in my motorbike with a friend,it almost took us 45 mins from Tabaco City to Barangay Soa to the falls. It's worth the travel. You may also enjoy the trip overlooking the mountains and the mayon volcano and the mt. malinao and masaraga. enthralling!... More

These are located a bit far(25 kms) away from legaspi and unless you hire expensive cabs are a bit difficulr to reach but they are totally worth the effort. beautiful waterfall in lush green forest.

I was born in Bulang Malinao Albay, vera falls is located few kilometers from there. Its a great place to be, sorrounded with virgin forest that makes the place cold but its worth it to be there again. Now i am living in Europe with my family and i never see a place like that here.

Great pristine waters, a must if you are around. We've taken an aircon van Legazpi-Tabaco around 9:30am 35p , once in Tabaco we've hired a tricycle to the intersection towards Vera Falls 75p, but you can take a Jeepney, just tell the driver you are going to vera falls. At the road to Vera you have to hire a motorbike... More

We only visited the first of the 7 Falls, but it was a comfortable walk back to the fall. The water was COLD-- there were a few brave swimmers but we just enjoyed the lush foliage and fast falling water.

We went to the falls on a Sunday so it was quite crowded. As others have said there are motorbikes to take you in however we had a tricycle and didn't need them but they decided to be quite aggressive to both us and our tricycle driver and insist we have motorbikes and that we pay 200 peso for the... We hired a van to take us to Vera Falls. The road going to the falls is small and somewhat steep. Parts of the road were cemented, some parts were soil and rocks. Upon arriving at the parking lot, you would have to go down 100+ steps to reach the falls. Once you reach the falls, you would have to... More

Vera falls is simply stunning. It is located in the municipality of Malinao, Albay and not in Legaspi City as reported by Trip Advisor. Tabaco City is the best jump off point to get to the pristine and fresh waters of Vera Falls. From Tabaco, hire a motorbike (habal-habal) for 250 pesos two-way good for two passengers. The motorbikes are... More

Admittedly I was at Victoria Falls in October and I've seen falls such as Dettifoss in Ísland! So, although not underwhelmed by visiting Vera Falls it's not massive, the water is clear, beautiful & refreshing. It proved hard to find; if you turn off left at the church in Tabaco, then maybe 6k down that road turn right towards 'Malinao... More
