If your in a land trip you can say your in Albay if you can already view the Mayon Volacano. Its triangular shape is perfect and even it scares me seeing the smoke coming out from the volcano it adds beauty to the volcano.

When we visited Legaspi, there was some overcast and most parts of the trip, we couldn't see the entirety of the cone. on our last day, there was a moment there when it took a peak and it was magnificent! I always thought that it was just an ordinary Volcano that has the "perfect cone". But it was only when I went to Albay when I found out that Mayon Volcano is not your ordinary Volcano.. It was a mesmerizing site to see.

Majestic and amazing.... It's a hit or miss depending on the day and how clear it is... Last couple days have been a flop! But that's nature. Going to stick around another day or two and see what we got!

That's what they call it and it looks great! You can see it from all over Legaspi, especially from the airport. I highly recommend going up the hill to the park where you enjoy a superb view. Sometimes there are no clouds, so take pictures at that time because it's relatively rare.

We passed on the trek to the summit in favor of an alternate trip to see whale sharks and other provinces, but glad we did. Mt.
