My wife and I chose Ringo Safaris since they seemed to be reputable and trustworthy to do business with. I paid an advande of USD 1900 in total before leaving Sweden. Once in Kenya, I had to pay for most of the services such as airfair and park fee once again since he claims that his secretary had disappeared with... More

Last February we booked a two-day safari and one day snorkling with Ringo Safari's. Based on Hamisi's advice (he is the owner of Ringo Safari's) we went to Taita Hills, a beautiful park close to Tsavo. We saw lot of elephant, antilope, giraffe, lion, buffalo and thousands of birds. The game drives were well organized and according to expectations, the... More

We wanted to go on safari and combine this with a beach holiday. We are retired and time is not an issue for us. We spoke with various companies in Tanzania and Kenya who were quoting us ridiculous costs for a 7 day safari and short beach holiday. We saw a 4 weeks all inclusive deal to Mombasa with Thomson... In September I booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli and Tsavo East parks with Ringo Safaris. The itinerary clearly stated that there would be 2 game drives on the first day, 3 on the second and 1 on the third day. However, Ringo Safaris refused to honour this, blaming a recent change in Kenyan Wildlife Services’ policies that they said... More

Having just returned from Kenya we AGREE with what others have said about Hamisi from Ringo Safaris. We had the 3 day Masai Mara safari and stayed at the Fig Tree Camp. All was well organised by Hamisi and was 5 star treatment from the start to the finish. My wife left her Safari hat on the aircraft on our... More

We pre-booked our 3 day Masai Mara Air Safari from the UK with Ringo Tours about a month in advance. We decided on Ringo Tours as Hamisi was quick to respond to our questions and was clear in his answers. We had contacted a couple of other tour companies but could not get straight answers regarding various lodges and pricing.... More
