While never a big fan of cacti, I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by its magnificent garden displaying such a wide variety of cactus, coming in all shapes, sizes and colours! Created by the island's native and renowned architect/artist, Cesar Manrique, the setting is a must visit while in Lanzarote.

Nice day out but children get bored very quick as there is nothing here for them. An adult attraction.

Never expected to something like this! Enormous and countless number of those thorny plants and untold quantity of their species. Place of rest for most of cruises to Jameos Del Aqua. Also nice collection of natural sculptures as extra decoration. Outside, opposite to entrance hudge metal cactus - masterwork of Cesar Manrique, creator of that fantastic garden.

This place is beautiful. I've never seen so many cactuses in one place. Well designed garden with pools & bridges at bottom. Waited a long time for coffee & cake - don't wait for table service, go up to the counter. We enjoyed our visit.

Or, you could leisurely walk the paths for longer. It is beautiful, peaceful and interesting if you're a gardener. Wouldn't drive just to see it but a good stop en route to james de agua

The cactus garden was an absolutely amazing place to visit, not only to view the dazzling array of cacti but also to wonder at the size that a number of the specimens have achieved. The sunken terraced garden provides the ideal sheltered area for cacti to grow and we absolutely loved wandering around taking in the magnificent displays that were... More

If you like cactus - then visit. If they all kind of look alike to you, then save your pennies. Basically a big bowled area full of different cactus and a windmill you can go in. That's it. Images for the toilets are entertaining though.

Beautiful gathering of different cactus, placed together in a original way. The garden is not so big, so the tome you will sprnd there is not so long.

Lots of cactuses everywhere, really enjoyed this, so reflective of lanzarote! Well worth a visit. Reasonable entrance price, we all enjoyed it!

As you approach it doesn't look up to much but as soon as you enter it is quite simply breath taking! Ultimately it is a Cactus Garden but the layout and varieties are superb. I am a bit of a stickler for cactuses anyway but even the least interested would be taken in by how impressive this attraction is. From... More
