I've been here twice. My first visit was a couple years ago. I mainly came because I had seen posts of people with baby lion cubs. The babies were being rambunctious, so they didn't allow us to see them. Other than that, the drive through was a big let down. All the animals were very far away. I didn't feel... More

When your kids come to visit, bringing their kids with them, and you are stuck for something to do, try taking them to this Safari, south of Decatur, west of Rogers. They will love it.

Came at the beginning of December and got to see baby pigs! So adorable! They have so many animals! Was very impressed. And the staff was very helpful and friendly. My favorite part was watching the lion and dog interact! Great time!

We've been going to this drive-thru Safari for two decades. It has only gotten better with time. The value is is not only in the driving portion but also in the exceptional petting zoo. They have beautiful animals ranging from kangaroos that have the softest fur of any any animal on the planet, to talking birds, a chimpanzee that knows... More

We took two of my grandchildren to visit the safari this week. They are 11 and 7. There were so many different animals. We really enjoyed it. There were alot of animals in the petting zoo, as well and they were allowed to feed all but the Kangaroos. Most of the animals seemed to have enough room. We felt like... More

I had heard about this place from someone who had visited and was very impressed. So, I mapped it, checked it out on Trip Advisor, looked at the pictures available on line, and decided it was definitely worth the 2-1/2 hour drive down there to explore. The Google map took us on some serious back roads (because we turned too... More

Exotic animals complete with a petting zoo for the kids. That is what you have to look forward to at the safari. There is a good selection of animals to see as you drive through this wilderness safari. In the front of the safari there is a petting zoo where you kids can pet all kinds of animals. If they... The Wilderness Safari provides such a fun and unique experience for people of all ages. My husband and I have been once a year for four years now. We also have a son and another on the way, and love sharing this fun experience with them. Our favorite part is always getting up close with the Kangaroos. There is sometimes... More

They say that 'first impressions' are the best - and that is what hit me here - CLEAN, Spacious, Species Appropriate enclosures, Safe for the 'Drive Thru' IF they obeyed the signs and kept windows up and stayed in the vehicles. Any adverse interaction between the animals and the public would be no one's fault but their own. 4 miles... More
