Worth seeing are the humble recreation of local ecosystem now replacing the awesome- now sadly lost- those of Africa. There was a time when a prehistoric Sable Tiger welcomed you at the entrance later replaced by a gilded goajiro rare ceremonial piece.Hope all this valuable treasures are still kept not stollen!

Since I was a child I'm loving this museum. I saw here a mommy for the first time in my life. I don't know if they still have that egyptian collection, I think was moved to the principal museum in Caracas but still is a nice place to visit. They change everything every 3/5 months.

This is an old museum, could be nicer if it was better maintained. It is quite a small place, few halls, with very few interesting exhibits and some of them show deterioration
