A lovely wee piece of Scottish history, well worth taking half an hour to see if you've checked in early for your ferry at Leverburgh. Note its actually CLOSED on Sundays. Form your own opinion.

St Clement's church originates from the 16th century just before the Reformation. However it was abandoned soon afterwards, then restored 200 years later, then abandoned again, then restored, and now Historic Scotland but not apparently in use.
The building has an old tower and is worth visiting for it as well as for the tomb of the Macleod clan chief...
