Played this course a few times and you need to be on your game. Some long par 4s, bug bunkers and tricky greens. A must play if your in the area.

open parkland course with tricky green but more open undulating fairways. A pleasure to play but don't expect a record score

Played on a Saturday with 40mph winds, course was coming out of winter, was in great condition, and a special test. Also took advantage of a 4 ball for £100 offer, which offered exceptional value. Every hole is different, a sign of a great course in my view. Off course food and drink were excellent and fairly priced. Well worth... More

Have played this course on two occasions, September 2013 and September 2014, using my Bunkered vouchers and will hopefully play again later this year (September) as I have taken out my 2015 Bunkered subscription and have chosen The Roxburghe as one of my options. I find it hard to believe that some Bunkered subscribers have felt the need to mark... More

The course is stunning with many scenic views from tees especially the signature 14th hole the viaduct a must off the blue tees. The holes pose a real challenge even for the most skilful golfer, its all about position off the tee. A pleasure to play but be prepared for a long walk between some of the holes. Buggies are available... More

Course in fantastic condition, very helpful pro shop, everything organised well, no problems with tee times. Great facilities. Hotel on site so stay and play available, although if you want to go into town for a drink somebody will have to drive, but wouldn't be much for a taxi. But it's all about the golf, a course not to be... More

This is a seriously good golf course which was probably too difficult for me. The heavy rough is tiger country and even the semi is challenging.

This is a lovely course set in the rolling Borders countryside. The course is stunning with many scenic views from tees. The holes are indeed interesting and many pose a real challenge even for the most skilful golfer. A pleasure to play but be prepared for a long walk!! Buggies are available at reasonable rates & well worth it!

This is a well presented golf course offering some extensive views. The only downside is it is an arduous walk if you choose not to take a buggy which at £30 are a bit steep in price.
