We arranged a day at Glencoe for snowboard and ski lessons for the entire family of 5. Jamie who took the snowboards was brilliant, we had a larger group than he would have liked however he still gave a brilliant lesson, got everyone confident and really pushed the group to develop in a short period of time. Claire on the... More

The mountains of Glencoe are some of the most beautiful in the world. Not too strenuous, yet full of awe and beauty. Highly recommend this for all ages. I also recommend just stopping to soak in the experience.

Despite the rain, the views are magnificent. The canyon is impressive and the walks wonderful. We didn't do anything challenging but wished we could have done.

Yeh after watching reports all morning. drove two hours to be told the skiing has been stopped for the day due to the wind suddenly picking up. :) next day another 2hs drive. now I'm told too busy go away! Yip 8 hrs drive with no Skiing. I then head onward and upwards to Nevis, much better skiing and no... More

Sorry you had a disappointing trip but not sure what you expect us to be able to do about the weather. If the wind picks up there is nothing we can do other than close the mountain to ensure the safety of our customers. On the day in questions we provided information the evening before that the winds were expected... More

Avoid like the plague if you have booked lessons for the weekend, as you have to park before 9am if you want a spot, and then wait 4 hours until 1pm for your lesson to begin. They have no reserved parking for pre booked customers, so if you have anything booked, you have no chance if the car park is... More

Thanks for taking the time to comment but this is a very disingenuous report. On the day in question we were very busy as Cairngorm, Lecht and Glenshee were all closed and the car park was near capacity by early in the morning. Once the car park becomes full the police control the road end to prevent people parking illegally... More

Brilliant scenery with fresh snow and the sun shining. Hard to beat on a fine crisp morning. Needless to say I viewed it from the roadside and not from the top.

Been to all 5 scottish ski resorts and this one is THE BEST ! Stunningly beautiful views. Excellent wide slopes . Brilliant for beginners and novice skiers . The chairlift is a little hair raising at first , but you soon get used to it . Like I say , been to all 5 and this is the best .... More

The only downside to our trip was the wait to get up to the car park, but with freshly fallen snow I suppose card getting stuck couldn't be helped! A lovely wee ski area with different levels of runs ! Excellent if there's a wee bit of fresh! Outstounding views! 😃

This was the first skiing area to open in Scotland and it shows. There is none of the dignity of established resorts in Europe just a general shabbiness that seems to pervade most of the buildings and equipment. A saving grace was the food at the bottom station cafe, very tasty and a killer hot chocolate. Prices were reasonable when... More

Glencoe has fantastic scenery and looks great, especially from the very top but also from the rest of the ski area. We visited on 29 Dec 2014, the place did not seem especially busy, the queue in front of us did not seem particularly long. But we queued for 2.75 hours before getting skis (standing outside in the queue, temperature... More
