A great experience with a very friendly and informative skipper. We saw grey and common seals, herons and other sea birds. It was magical to have our own underwater viewing window and a monocular each too. Even the most ordinary things underwater looked magical and strange with forests of kelp and bladderwrack and shoals of tiny fish, many starfish and... More

The captain was very knowledgeable about the local marine animals and plants making the trip interesting. Whilst not seeing a huge amount of different items there was enough to make the trip worthwhile. A calm sea helped but it was a pity about the rain. The vision portholes made for good viewing though despite the weather and the overhead cover... More

Amazing day out with the my family, from grandparents to my children. The staff on the boat were amazing. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We were able to see a wide variety of sealife and wildlife whilst out on the boat.

This was the treat my son picked for the last day of his holiday, and I am so glad we did. The trip was full, but everyone was well looked after. Our captain was engaging and knowledgable and very friendly with the children, explaining clearly. Lasts about 90 minutes, and was thoroughly enjoyable. My 6 year old loved getting a... More

We had a great time on the trip! The kids (4 and 8) loved ticking off all the things they saw on their wee tick sheets and visiting Dinosaur Island, the Mermaid's cave and crab city and the giant jackets they got to wear. They were also well chuffed at getting a shot of driving the boat on the way... More

It was a great day for all the family! We got to see lots of different sea life including "Celia the Seal!" Richard told us all we need to know about the Sea life that was lurking beneath us! He let the kids steer the boat which was amazing and fun for them! Great day out for all ages!

We saw lots of marine life including seals, jellyfish, anemones and lots of sea birds. Our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. He also let the kids steer the boat. We loved it.

With two friends from Austria we had a wonderful trip with Richard in the glass-bottomed boat. He was very knowledgeable about all we saw. Gannets diving and terns wheeling round our head with seals sunning themselves on an island - what more could we get? Insight into the private life of barnacles and limpets as well as the fascinating rock... More

I enjoyed this trip with my 4 year old son. I think he expected to see more but I thought it was important that he realise it's not a theme park and you can never predict exactly what you will see. "A basking shark eating stuff" was always a bit of an ask! We did see a lot, including seals,... More
