The time of our walk had to be changed, but we were very glad Natalie was able to reschedule as we learnt much of interest about the history of Lyme Regis and Mary Anning. We booked the walk through the Museum, which also includes entry to the museum, a tour of which complimented this walk. Natalie communicated her knowledge of... More

We walked with this guide on two walks (Jane Austen and Mary Anning) in May 2015. One date was moved at short notice and we were coming a long way, but were able to accomodate this. I know these things happen, but the guide arrived on Friday night for the re-arranged tour, dressed to go out and it was clear... More

Pretty surprised by this review to be honest. I have been operating guided tours since 2007 and have never had a complaint about any of my walks & I have worked with some pretty amazing companies & individuals including the Jane Austen Festival, Jane Austen Societies, BBC, CBBC, many schools & universities. You say that I am not interested in... More

Natalie's tour was very enjoyable and informative. When she read passages from Jane Austen's 'Persuasion', it made the book come alive. We particularly enjoyed the historical references and how Natalie's research has led to some very interesting conclusions. Thank you, Natalie, for guiding us back in time.

It turned out I was the only one to book this tour. So Natalie gave me and my husband a choice of several venues, and we had a lovely hike to an interesting place mentioned in Persuasion (Pinhay), and a great tour of Jane Austen sites in Lyme with many insights I would not have known on my own. We... More

Natalie provided a well-prepared walking tour throughout Lyme. She knows her Austen as well as other literary figures. Janeites and Austen beginners alike would enjoy the tour. I am convinced that hers is the right argument on which are the steps Louisa Musgrove foolishly jumped from!

The day was fantastic. Natalie was interesting and knowledgeable. All the major locations were covered and we got to see some truly staggering scenery which was a huge plus. The length of the tour was good and Natalie made us feel like we were a group of friends walking with each other. It was so relaxed. My only negative is... More

Natalie is a relaxed, informative and approachable tour guide and we thoroughly enjoyed her company. She obviously has a depth of knowledge and is an ideal person for the role. On a blustery cold but sunny lunch time with a small party of 'retirees' she gave value for money. We came away feeling 'Well, I didn't know that!' and feel... More

Thank you very much for your feedback and your kind comments. You're right - I do love that book - almost as much as the town it is set in. Best, Natalie More
