Booked to hire bikes from this place due to the free parking advertised. We arrived to find there was no free parking. The car park is not very big. It is a joy to hire and ride the trail, as the trail is set along an old railway line the inclines are very small and makes a nice way to see the coast, just make sure to pack a drink as nice to settle down halfway through.

The people were so helpful and friendly. I ordered the disabled bike for my husband and I and two normal bikes for my daughter and her friend. Nothing was too much trouble and being disabled it's not too often that people have designed something to make you feel normal and enjoy the fun with everyone else. I will be back... More

My family and I conquered the camel trail on May bank holiday. We rented the bikes in padstow. We pre-booked so was really easy and quick to pick up the bikes and helmets. Very friendly helpful young staff who were very happy to help. Good value and Good quality bikes. Would recommend having mud flaps and hiring a gel seat... More

16 April 2015 a beautiful sunny day what better way to explore the area....a bike ride. We walked down to the River Camel and hired 2 bikes and rode 5 1/2 miles to Padstow a typical Cornish fishing village. The camel trail as it's known is flat and follows the river and farmland and is a delightful way to get... More

We hired a couple of mountain bikes from Camel Trail cycle hire today and found the service very efficient and friendly. We were greeted by Graham who quickly sorted us out with the bikes and in no time at all we were on our way. We decided to do the Bodmin route and he gave us a few tips on... More

I have used Camel Trail Cycle Hire over the last 4 or 5 years, always excellent service and the staff are so friendly and polite. We own a campsite just outside of Wadebridge and always recommend all our campers who don't have there own bikes to use these guys.
