A WONDERFULL GARDEN

a lovely garden to wander round and the sight of the kingfisher fishing in the pool was the icing on the cake , the tea room was also worth a visit.

A visit to these gardens is a must, a combination of formal gardens and wildlife habitat always a difficult balance but Gooderstone Water Gardens have got it spot on, making it an enjoyable day. Loads of photographic opportunities, pleasant walk through the gardens and nature trail and sitting in the bird hide, at any time observing invertebrates, birds and flora,... More

Lovely little gem in the countryside. Pretty walks with birds and flowers to see. Watch out for the sculptures dotted around

This is a superbly conceived water garden, created from a damp meadow many years ago. Beautiful tranquil gardens - well worth a visit. Lovely tearoom - scones for elevenses, quiche for lunch and cake for afternoon tea - all home cooked.

Lovely tranquil gardens with bird hide and really nice café (wish we had known before taking a picnic). Wheelchair accessible - I helped push occasionally and dog friendly.

We very much enjoyed our trip to Gooderstone Water Gardens. My husband and I visited with two teenagers and a dog, and all of us thought it was great. The gardens are so pretty, and there are countless photo opportunities with the many ponds and bridges. A real haven of beauty and tranquility. From the bird hide we even managed... More
