It's the beach with the most amenities in Nerja that's for sure. Pedal boats, beach cafés and ice cream stalls make for a great day out. €3 for all day rental of a sun bed with umbrella is very reasonable and the water is very nice. For me it's not the best beach in the town (that privilege reserved for... More

This is an excellent beach , lots of choice of restraunts and bars. Plenty of sunbeds for hire , although when we were there in August it can be difficult to get one.

Nice enough beach but gets very crowded. The sand is fine pebbley shingle, not fine sand at all. The facilities are good, clean toilets, shops and plenty of places to eat. The sea is always freezing cold here!

Staying in a villa apartment in the Oasis de capistrano only 10 minutes walk from Burriana beach. Bars, Food, Sea, Sand, Sunbeds, Water Sports and pleasantry a place to get that tan. Plenty of places with Wi-Fi, plenty of clean toilets. Sunbeds from 3 euros a day - unless you are early book them the day before, the sand is... More

this beach is lovely! Long and sandy with plenty of sun loungers (you'll need to pay a few euros for them) and loads of lovely restuarants. Go to the one (can't remember the name) where they cook paella in a big pan in the restuarant - best paella you'll get and they man who cooks (or used to cook) and... More

Just returned from two weeks stay with my family and kids. Nice quiet part of Nerja, really family friendly. One point of warning - please be aware of the pickpockets that operate at the public bus station - I got targeted waiting to get on the bus to visit Frigiliana - they used the crowd of people waiting to get... Has something for everyone. Volleyball sand courts, pedaloes, snorkelling, diving, Parasailing, banana boat, jet skis, restaurants, cafés, showers & toilets. Hiring seems to have been regulated as prices much cheaper this year. Pedaloes 10.40 euros per hour. Banana boat 5 euros per person (these were both 25 euros last year. Parasailing 45 euros for one, 70 euros for 2 people

Playa de burriana is a nice beach just outside Nerja. There's lots of restaurants and touristshops and you could easy grab a snack. There's a water sports rentals and PADI has a divingcenter. The only problem is to get a parkingslot for your car.
