La Plaza de los Chinorros is located at the back of the main post office in Fuengirola...if you were in the main church square - with the church to your back - walk across the square, down the street to the right and just before the post office turn into the side street on your right hand side. This little... More

This square is the most important meeting place for everyone visiting Fuengirola at all hours. Tapas bars and restaurants all around to more them acceptable prices both for food and drinks. Go there

Lovely atmosphere in the square. Great place to have tapas and watch the world go by. Been to most of the bars and they are all good.

Being winter, Fuengirola, is in it's quiet time. However there is a promotion in progress called, "la cazuela de la abuela". All participating eateries present a casserole type dish tapas style with a drink for 2euro. The square has several restaurants involved and when we visited it, it was a buzz. It was so much fun to sit and enjoy... More

We toured the Costa Del Sol and spent one night in Fuengirola. First impressions were not great on a quiet evening in January, but this area was pretty good. Most Spanish resorts have such a square/area and there was nothing remarkable about this one, however there was some vibrancy and life in an otherwise down beat town and it helped... More

This is the best place by far to find a great Spanish restaurant or bar in Fuengirola, or just sit and watch to world go by. Far better than anything that "Fish Alley" (really Calle Cruz and Calle Moncayo) have to offer and also close to Plaza de la Constitucion which is also really great. When all else is dead,... More

Forget "fish alley" with its bland restaurants catering to the passing tourist trade, if you want to sample authentic Spanish atmosphere and food, this is the place to come. Tucked away behind the post office this little traffic free square is lined with bars and restaurants. It is busy from noon until late evening with people coming here for a... More

Found this Plaza, whilst out for a stroll. Stopped for a drink and loved it. The bar we were in whose name I missed was on a corner looking at The Colon. The waiter was very friendly and the service excellent. Toilets were spotless as was the restaurant area.

A great place to sit and watch the world go by.Surrounded by bars/restaurants and something going on most days and nights.Right in the middle of town near both bus and train stations and 400 metres from seafront.

We came across this hidden gem completely by accident and love it! Lots of fantastic trendy tapas bars and what an atmosphere! You will find it off the main church square and behind "Correos" post office.
