We traveled to Eureka Springs for the day as three sisters for a girls' day out. We hadn't been together for several years and really looked forward to a special day. The ladies at New Moon definitely helped us on with their services at the spa. We went to the spa for several services--massages, hair, and nails. Two of us... More

My husband and I had our first couples massage back in January and had a wonderful experience. We both raved about our masseuses and were eager to book massages again for our summer vacation. Neither of us enjoyed our massage the second time. The aroma therapy was very nice, but the massages left us in pain instead of relaxed. We've... More

My Maid of honor and myself (Bride) needed to have our hair and makeup done before my wedding. I asked the Bed and Breakfast proprietor whom she recommended. The New Moon was her answer. I had Kim as a technician. She was thoughtful and very nice. She did a great job on my hair. My nails and toes are ok.... More

My husband and I had a couples massage...it was relaxing and the aromas were nice but...lightly rubbing does not constitute a massage to me. As a service provider myself, I find that reviewing paperwork and asking questions helps to meet expectations. I have no doubt that the providers were qualified but they missed the boat by not knowing what we... More

New moon review A friend and I got pedicures at the New Moon spa on January 11, 2014. The spa is beautiful and the front desk ladies were great. It also seemed really clean, which was nice! My friend is pregnant and her feet and legs are very swollen. The technician didn't seem to know how to handle this and... More

While visiting and walking all over Eureka Springs, my neck pain flared up. Knowing that there was a spa at the Crescent Hotel, I stopped in to see if they had a topical ointment to relieve my pain. The spa was beautiful and the staff was very helpful, picking out just what I needed and what it helped. My friend... More

I have had several New Moon Spa visits over the years. The main reason that I would pick this spa is that they use Aveda products. Don't be confused- they are NOT an Aveda Spa, but do use/sell Aveda products. Ask to smell any Aveda product that is "Rosemary Mint" and you will be in heaven! Another reason to get... More

My wife and I timed our spa trip perfectly. We had been shopping and hiking three days straight, and it was time for some TLC. Tripadvisor rated the New Moon Spa as the best, and, boy, was it right. We selected the couples aromatherapy wrap. It's the first time she or I had ever had one. What a relaxing experience.... More

My husband and I got hot rock massages. Mine was absolutely fantastic - very relaxing. My husband enjoyed his, but his technician kept dropping stuff, which interfered with the relaxation a bit. At $120 plus tip each, it was a little pricey. We can get massages that are just as good here in OKC for $80 plus tip. However, it... More
