Saw this production with my family in late July. Obviously a great story to be told. Positives: Costumes, Lighting, Sound Effects, Stage, and Props were all top notch. It is a beautiful set. Negatives: Dialog sounded like something right out of a 1980's VHS kids bible program - pretty cheesey. Music was also 1980s-ish and was actually distracting at times,... More

We have been there 3 times and love it every time. It gives you a feel of how things actually took place in the Bible. Everyone is so nice and friendly and go out of their way to make sure you understand. The buffet on the grounds has very good food and the servers go above and beyond.

This was a good experience overall. Would have liked to give it a "Good" rating, but that option is not available. Sets were impressive and a good interpretation of passion week (with some dramatic liberties in time sequence). Sets were very impressive, with life animals and multiple buildings. As far as the acting? I get this is a large, outdoor... More

The Play was wonderful and breathtaking think of it on a cool night stars shining. Then the past comes to life. It is so real it pulls you in making you feel like you are there. The sounds are vivid, the animals are real, the people do a wonderful job portraying the Life of Christ. You will laugh, cry and... More

We only did the play. A very good production, nice setup on a hillside! A good outing with the family and a good reminder of what our life is all about.

My husband and I walked through the Holy Land tour and were delighted to see the Bible come to life through tour guides and staff dressed in legitimate biblical clothing, each prepared to relay biblical stories in first person and give historical background on various people in the Bible and ancient history. There are dozens of stops along the walking/bus... More

What more can you ask that reliving the Death Burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Please do not go to Eureka Spring without taking 2 hours out of your stay to go see the Passion Play.

We traveled to Eureka Springs this past week with two teens and a 3 year old. I was a little worried about taking my youngest and tried asking several people before we came if it would be a good idea or not. No one could really answer for me, so we gave it a try. I'm so glad we did.... More

The outdoor theater was an experience to see. The play itself was odd. It was taped dialogue and the only way to know which character was speaking was because of gesturing. I love theater productions, but I would not call this a true play.

Went with family of 5. My parents were the ones who really wanted to go, but we all enjoyed. It was a little on the long side, so beware if you're taking small children! I would suggest taking a fan! It also appeared that you are allowed to bring in outside food & beverage, although everything we bought was fair-priced... More
