It was neat to learn about how the town came to be and see the little underground parts of the town wish they would do more with it. There was a lot of walking and very little to see. But was very glad I did it. I just believe they could do a little more with it Buy the way... More

If you are a history buff then you will like this tour. I would not take kids along unless they love history of buildings and city developments. I really would not recommend bringing pets or babies either. There is a good bit of walking and you will get winded if you are carrying them. They talked about some of the... More

Great town to visit and spend a couple days. All kinds of unique shopping and area attractions are awesome. From the church where you enter through the Bell tower to the Crescent Hotel that has attained fame for its alleged paranormal activity to the Great Passion Play which uses live actors to re-enact the last week of Jesus Christ life... We recently went to Eureka Springs, and instead of the usual shopping, we decided to take the Downtown and Underground tour that began at 4 pm. Our tour guide was Ralph, and he was funny and shared lots of interesting facts about the history of Eureka Springs. We expected to see some tunnels and caves and were left wanting more.... More

We did the 11:00AM tour yesterday (wife, 10 and 12 year old boys and myself) with a guide called Jennifer. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable! We were amazed and learned a lot of things we did not know about the wonderful history of Eureka! Thanks, Mrs. Jennifer!

Found out so much about Eureka Springs that I didn't know before. The tour guide is passionate about Eureka Springs and very knowledgeable. It was a great change from shopping and we enjoyed the exercise! The cost is very reasonable and well worth it.

The tour was very informative and the guide was good. When we checked into doing the tour we were told it goes into caves and underground tunnels. What we went into underground was nothing more than basements. It was good to hear the history.

If you are interested in learning about the past lives of Eureka Springs and how it evolved into what it is today, then I would highly recommend this tour. We went on a Monday in the off season to do this tour. This was actually unintentional. It was just that so many things were only available on the weekends that... More
