I may have been a skeptic before the tour ,but fter an hour of listing to Marshall law go on and on about Mr baker, it was all I could stand.FIrst of all they have tours every 30min,so they move you along real fast.He used a EMF director that marackously showed signs every time.I think if they would have not... We've been on the tour twice and enjoyed both times. We had different guides each time so each tour was unique. We had teens with us both times and they loved it!

Great actual history of the town of Eureka and the hotel. Our guide who gies by Marshall Law is incedibly entertaining and gives a great historical tour. Make sure to ask for him as your guide. You will be sure to have fun and get some chilling info.

We've been on several ghost tours around the country. We were delighted with our guide, Marshal Jon Law. He made the stories come alive and handled the group extremely well! He was informative and dramatic (but not overly so). We didn't "see" anything, but our friend did capture an eerie picture on his camera. A fun way to spend an... More

Unfortunately we didn't. As a doctor I was very uncomfortable during the American Medical Association bashing parts, which was 70% of the tour commentary. Isn't a ghost tour supposed to be about spooky other worldly things?

Our tour guide was dressed in attire from the 1800s. She was very educated on the history of the hotel. The hotel has quite a history with dozens of stories of hauntings. The tour gives you the opportunity to see various parts of the hotel. I don't think I would recommend the tour for a very young child.

WE went on a ghost tour in October 2010 of the Crescent Hotel. Our guide was very up on the history of the old building. He had the gadget to detect ghost and in some of our pictures, we did in fact see orbs. While waiting for the tour to start, we were out on the balcony alone and I... More

This was a nice tour and I would recommend it to anyone who might be curious enough to want to try it. When one stacks it up to the Haunted History tours in the French Quarter of New Orleans it seems very tame in comparison, but then again, there aren't many tours that would not similarly pale. Our tour guide,... More

So this hotel looks amazing and old and you can tell it has a lot of history. We did the ghost tour and we had mixed feelings. Our tour guide was perhaps not the best. Several friends have done it before and learned more about the hotel and history than we did. But it is very interesting and you get... More

Expect to learn about the dark history of the Crescent. Although strange sightings have been photographed don't expect to be exposed to anything terribly spooky. I was disappointed that we were not shown the inside of any of the rooms - only the room door.
