We visited on June 27th 8pm tour. Little bit of a slow start on getting in to the tour for me because the hotel was so busy. However, after the first stop we were more out of the way and able to enjoy it. Tour guide was very nice and informative. Our group encountered very odd situations. Can't wait to... More

We were told of the few people in the hotel's history who supposedly died there. We were hurried along, stopping in front of certain hotel room doors, told of the story of the person who used to stay in that room, and maybe passing a photo around, and then moved along. No questions were allowed. When someone tried to ask... More

I've never been on a ghost tour before but my 11 year old nephew and seven year old niece really wanted to go. It wasn't scary and they really enjoyed themselves. Our tour guide (I believe her name was Lady Catherine) was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of history about the hotel. She went out of her way to... More

When my wife and I went back for our second honey moon, we've always wanted to try the ghost tour. It was quite fun! Our guide was great, and it was very fascinating to hear about all the ghost stories. We went later at night to add a little more edge to the tour. The history of the hotel was... More

The hotel itself is worth seeing. It is cool to go in & see all the details of such an old, historic building. The "ghost" tour was not worth the money in my opinion. The lady leading our tour was nice & knowledgeable, so nothing against her... it just wasn't as good as I would have hoped. With the exception... More

I was hoping for a scary dark tour.. We went there while the hotel was hosting a wedding (we didn't know that when we bought tickets) besides the loud party, drinking, trying to hear the tour guide over the loud music etc.. it was very interesting facts but that's about it.. You get to stand outside the haunted rooms and... More

Per trip advisor we ate the awesome pizza before our tour. The hotel is fabulous and the tour was fun and entertaining. Even the non believers were taking pictures and looking for ghosts! Definitely a fun thing to do with the whole family from teens to grandma.

We took in a group tour of the Crescent as part of weekend in Eureka Springs, and found it to be SO interesting. Our tour guide, in period costume, was very well-informed and told the stories so well. The Crescent has had many lives, from a fancy summer hotel to a girl's school, to a hospital, to dis-repair, and back.... More
