There was great history, however no ghosts. It did scare my 18 year old brother. All in all we had fun.

The Ghost tour turned up no ghost, our guide didn't really want to answer any questions, when ask about ghost, he said he had never actually seen one, I ask several questions, but he seemed more interested in answering questions from women young and sexy looking, we were lead all over the building in told stories of ghost here and... We took two ghost tours in Eureka Springs. This was was "fine." Not fantastic, but not terrible. Our guide was Kathryn. She was "okay." Perhaps because we took the Haunted Eureka Ghost Tour through the Basin Hotel (with Meg) the night before and it was FANTASTIC, this one paled by comparison. Definitely recommend the other one-- which was also cheaper!!??--... More

We went on the 8:30 ghost tour with Willow as our guide. She was knowledgeable and pleasant and did an excellent job leading the tour. Our disappointment was with the inside of the hotel. Although it is an old building it does not come close to being a good restoration. The facade ofcthe building and the grounds are great but... More

We took the 8pm tour at the Crescent Hotel. Marshal Law was our guide, dressed in character. There are about 15 people total on the tour. You take the elevator to the top floor, but then you will be walking down flights of stairs for the rest of the tour. (and back up one flight fromt the morgue). He took... More

My family and I went to the Ghost Tour at the Crescent Hotel and had so much fun! Marshall was our tour guide and he was great. We enjoyed the ghost stories and going down into the morge. Me and my 13 year old son went into the meat locker and had the lights turned out! Very spooky!! This is... More

We recently did the Ghost Tour at the Cresent Hotel. I was very impressed with our tour guide Ramsey the Butler. He was very friendly and got to know all of the people on our tour. He was very informative and really knew the details and history of the hotel. The photos that he showed us made things more believable... More

I never go on a ghost tour expecting to see a ghost. This tour had a fantastic story teller and we just loved hearing all the history surrounding the hotel. We also appreciated he had visual aides of some of the ghostly encounters so even though we didn't see a ghost we still got the chills. I highly recommend.

Would recommend for a fun and different evenings entertainment. Not a beliver, but found the stories interesting. The believers in our group really enjoyed the tour and found it spooky. I am giving it 5 stars because of our wonderful guide--she was a great story teller and knew her stuff.
