My husband and I have been wanting to do this for a long time and finally decided to splurge and do it to celebrate our 5th anniversary. We had SO MUCH FUN. The lady who helped us get dressed and took our photos was friendly and so great at what she did. She took several different poses and they were... More

Went for a cute Victorian steam punk photo. Staff rolled her eyes; said she didn't like steam punk; wasn't familiar with it; didn't have but one dress. I had to ask for the goggles to be put on a hat. She had the attitude of oh alright- come on, I'll do it if I have to. Kinda hateful/rude. We felt... More

My family went here a few years back and had a good experience. However, when me and my fiance went there a couple weeks ago it was the worst part of our ES vacation by far. The women at the counter were obviously upset to be there that Saturday. We were very rushed, they obviously did not care if they... More

We took family and couple pictures . They all turned out great. We had a wonderful and happy time . The costumes were amazing but the staff could have been bit more enthusiastic . After all this was our first experience with this ; even though it is a routine for them.

I love old time photos. JRB has great costumes and a decent staff. I felt rushed and it really was more expensive than I thought. I wanted picks of my group and my kids each alone. They took the group pic and then just pulled me out and took the kids in the same spot and didn't even have them... More

It's really a good excuse for children of advanced age (say 39, for example) to play dress up. My husband and I had "gangster and moll" photos taken for our 5th anniversary and it was such fun we had a new "cowboy and saloon girl" set done for our 10th. We plan to have the whole family done this summer.... More

We went here this weekend to take some funny pictures. One of the ladies that was there was so rude. My partner and I wanted to dress of the opposite gender (him like a woman and me like a man) just for laughs. When we told the lady that we wanted a dress for him she just responded that someone... This was my third visit here and Ive always enjoyed it. This time however I had the worst customer service. My boyfriend and I arrived in the store and we were greeted with one of the rudest women ever- she stayed on her phone texting and then snarled at us when we asked questions on how to get the pictures...
