My fiancee and I visited the area to seek out potential wedding venues. After noticing the striking beauty of the chapel online years prior to our visit, we made an appointment to speak to the wedding coordinator. While waiting for her to arrive and unlock the gate, we found the "KEEP OUT - BEWARE OF GUARD DOG" sign both tacky... More

This is a beautifully designed building. It is more glass than anything else so you feel like you are in the middle of the woods, which you are. It is a great place to just sit and contemplate the beauty all around us and the wonderful Lord who created us and everything in the world. Being in nature always makes... More

This area is simply spectacular, even if you aren't religious. A must-see just for the view and architecture alone.

This was the number 1 thing I was looking forward to and it was closed all weekend. I wish we could have at least walked up and seen the front of it.

My girl friend and I drove eight hours to see the chapel after she was inspired by the story of Mr. Reeder. The website said the public is welcome, and it's open. It was not, you can't even walk up to chapel. I found this to be so disrespectful to Mr. Reeder vision! I assume if you have enough money... More

I was told by many friends that we had to see the glass chapel. It is breathtaking. The architectural aspect is amazing and it is beautiful just to sit and take it all in.

This is truly a beautiful, peaceful chapel set right in the middle of nature. Anyone who has an appreciation for spiritual things would enjoy seeing this chapel. There is no fee (although donations are accepted) for entry and you can stay as long (or as short) as you would like. This would be the perfect setting for a small, intimate... More

Very beautiful architecture - fit right into the trees. Was used in one of the newer Star Trek movies, cool to see it in person.
