My friend who lives in the area took me to Thorncrown. When we drove into the parking lot I gasped. This church is in the woods and made of mostly glass. It is small and unique, but is tranquil and beautiful as well. It is just about 2-3 miles outside of Eureka Springs on 62E. more

Wife and I visited recently and the chapel is beautiful! We did not experience any "rudeness" by any of the staff while we were there. Thorncrown Chapel is one of the most beautiful places in Arkansas, so we were very excited when my sister decided to get married there. Unfortunately, the lady who is responsible for wedding at Thorncrown is rude, rushes you through the service, and literally starts sweeping up after your guests before they can even get out the door. I feel evil for writing a so-so review for a chapel. The architecture is very cool, but for our familly, the trick was to keep my boys in line long enough for us to enjoy the beauty. My family enjoyed seeing this beautiful chapel. It is truly unique architecture, a must see if you're in Eureka Springs. No entrance fee, but they do accept donations. more

Very Pretty. Great for pictures or reflecting. Go early in the morning when the sun is still low in the sky. Note: They close at like 5 pm and they are not open on sun-mon. more
