On a recent trip experienced Beaver Lake but one day cant do it justice. I need to go back for a week. Some of the things I know I missed include Hogscald Hollow, Kayaking, Hobbs , about 480 of the 486 miles of shoreline, cliff diving, caves, Rimrock, Prairie Creek park, Nature trails including Rim Rock, Fishtrap, Bench Rock and... This is one of the nicest lakes I've visited. Spectacular views go on for miles. The water is as clean as it can be. We took a boat out on a summer weekday and were just about the only ones on the water. Very enjoyable.

If you like fishing, boat riding, camping, trailblazing, or just sitting in nature you can't beat Beaver Lake. You have the warmer water on one side of Beaver Lake Dam and cold water on the other. You can fish for catfish, bass and trout. This is truly one of the special places in Arkansas.

Beaver Lake was FANTASTIC. If you are in the area, you have to go here (especially in the summer heat). The water is incredibly clean and there are so many fun spot to explore, go boating or swimming.

Beaver Lake is a great place to have a familyt reunion. The lake offer day use of large pavillion with serveral picnic tables. The lake is very clean around the designated swimming areas. The lake is located about 20 minutes outside of Eureka Springs. Put this place on your to visit list when you visit Eureka Springs area.

Beaver Lake is one of the prettiest Corp. lakes in the region. Just beautiful and a great lake to practice your scuba diving skills with a man-made trail of interesting junk (from a toilet to an airplane) to see and an underwater, flooded town, plus bluffs and relatively clear water. We have made several trips for scuba diving but we... More
