I have taken several trips to Nebo with my wife and my children. We have never stayed in the lodging but only hiked the trail which is the shelf of the mountain that makes a loop around. It is a steep drive up the mountain from the Dardanelle side and the hike is very level and easy. We enjoyed the... More

It is a very steep drive up the mountain with hairpin turns. The sign before you get up the mountain says not to have a camper 27 feet or longer. I don't think it's even possible. When I went up there the biggest camper was about 12 feet long. But at the top the view is spectacular. If you love... More

Affording beautiful views and a fun ride up & down the mountain, Mt. Nebo is a lovely way to experience some of the beauty in Arkansas.

The road is treacherous, full of hair pin curves. Pulling an RV would not be advisable. We could see on all sides of the mountain into the valley. The views were AMAZING! We were watching a bird soar below us above the trees .

My wife and I stayed in Cabin 60 for a night. The view was wonderful, as was the cabin. The jetted tub and shower had good water pressure and were relaxing. The water pressure is a big thing for me. The A/C easily kept the room cool. The bed was a bit bouncy, but not uncomfortably so. We had no... More

There wasn't as much to see and do here but the views were gorgeous. The drive was a little rough but not too bad. Don't make this a "must do", but it's not a waste of time.

Beautiful Arkansas State Park with nice cabins and gorgeous trails. We rented a couple of cabins for us and our adult children and grandchildren. The outside fire pit was a big hit!

What a wonderful trip we had at Mt. Nebo State Park. It is absolutely beautiful and the cabins are perfect for a getaway for you and your spouse. However, they have plenty to do for kids of all ages as well, making this a great family destination too. We will be heading back again this year, and probably for many... More

I recently returned from a trip to Mt Nebo. The park was really nice. As several have mentioned, the drive up the mountain was pretty twisty and steep. I thought it was pretty cool, as you made some turns you could see just how high up you were getting, which made for some great views. Checking in was simple. The... More
