The cave features a 9 foot soda straw the longest known in the Ozarks, and two bottomless lakes. One of the lakes was discovered in 1993 in the "Silent Splendor" section which made national news. This was Arkansas’ most delicate discovery. Make sure to bring your camera! Gift Shop, Snacks, Picnic area and camping available. « less

We have traveled to many caves around in the states. Cosmic caverns isn't as large as perhaps some out west, but by comparison to the others in Branson, it's the best! It is out in the country and has a nature lovers feel, rather than commercialized caving. We also visited Talking Rocks which was a small walk in closet by... More

We took our grandson on the cosmic cave tour. The tour guide Jason became his best friend. Jason was knowledgable and kind. My grandson had a great time and learned a great deal about caves. We loved. Jason is also pretty good with a camera.

We are a couple of college kids staying in Branson, and came to this cave only because it was closer than the one North of Springfield. We quickly realized this is not a corporate run cave like the others, it is literally a small building in the middle of the country. This cave is as un-commercialized as it gets. And... More

1st stop on our trip from Branson to Eureka Springs. After reading lots of other recomendations from Trip Advisor--I picked this cave over the others we could have chosen. Even my husband questioned my choice till we were in the cave! Then, he agreed completely with me. I have been to many caves and so many of them have gotten... More

We got really lucky to get Jesse as our tour guide. He has a great knowledge of the cave, and we were very fortunate to have a small group in our tour, which made for an even more rewarding experience. My 10-year old LOVED this adventure...but it is an adventure. This is a show cave, not some federally-run exhibit. There... More

This was the first of the caves chosen for our caving family vacation this year. It was fabulous! Love the history (wish we had it written down), the formations, the ease of access and the knowledgeable tour guide we had. The only problem was he was very long winded and tended to repeat the same phrases. There were toddlers and... More

My family went through the cave and we all enjoyed the uniqueness of the cave with the bottomless pools and unusual walking path. Our tour guide wasn't really great, but we still enjoyed the tour. She answered any questions quickly and well. My son went back with my daughter and her boyfriend the next day and he said the tour... More

Tour guide was obnoxious not funny. We paid to see the cave, not a terrible comedy show. I realize a lot of this is for the kids but, we had a large group and basically stood uncomfortably while she told awful jokes. It was quite boring in all and I won't be going back. I enjoyed seeing the cave, it... More

Due to the complaints we have received, this guide has been terminated. As you can see by the good reviews, this is not normal for our establishment and apologize for the bad tour that was received. We do hope that you will come back and try it again now that we have taken care of the situation. Thank you for... More

This was the second trip for my wife and I. This time we had another couple with us. We waited around for a few minutes, but nobody else arrived, so we ended up getting a tour for just the four of us. Our tour guide was Maureen, and she did a great job. She was very friendly and funny, and... More

Blind cave fish are endangered and unable to be found legally. Trout do very well in cave water and show us that the water is safe by them living in the water. If our water did become polluted, the trout would alert us. More
