This is a stop I think I would enjoy visiting every time I come through this area. Water nearby. Very beautiful trails. The whole property is so very well taken care of! It's an amazing structure, so neat to look at and try to take in.

Nestled in the woods along the shore of a small lake in Bella Vista sits this awe-inspiring chapel! Designed by E Fay Jones (who also designed the Thorncrown Chapel in Eureka Springs), this chapel combined light, nature and beautiful Gothic elements to create a beautiful, inspirational chapel. We went in the middle of the day on a week day in... More

Beautiful Chapel, great view of the lake and a very nice trail for a leisurely stroll around the grounds.

Very peaceful and beautiful! The walk to the chapel is almost as beautiful as the chapel itself. Several benches along the way to just relax in and soak up the view. Be sure to get there before 5 pm, if you want to go inside. Even if your late, it's a beautiful place to visit.

Easy to get to and every bit as stunning as the glass chapel in Eureka Springs and much easier to get to from Bentonville or Fayetteville. What a great place to hold a small wedding.

My boyfriend and I rode the Harley to Bella Vista just to visit this unique bit of architecture in the woods. The walking path leading to the chapel is a fun little trek with lovely views of the river. Inside the chapel it is peaceful, quiet, and blends perfectly with the scenery. I was most impressed and it was worth... More

As we left Bella Vista we decided to see the chapel and we are so glad we did! The architecture is striking, but the peace that the natural beauty affords is astounding. This chapel is truly the gem of Bella Vista.

Wonder though the woods and they open up to this beautiful chapel. Wish we knew of this place a few years back might have gotten married there.

This is a glass chapel & it is very pretty!! I think it would be pretty to get married there in winter & watch snow falling from above. The architecture is spectacular. There is also Thorn Crown Chapel in Eureka Springs which is much like this but more spectacular with more glass. Both are very pretty!! There is also a... More

This chapel was designed by Fayetteville resident Fay Jones, a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. The chapel is somewhat similar in feel to Eureka Springs' Thorncrown Chapel (another chapel that is worth a visit, if you are nearby). This chapel, even more than Thorncrown, seems to settle quietly into the forest, as if it had been there for years and... More
