It looks like it would be a nice trip, but don't plan on it unless you're able to confirm your reservations several days ahead of time. We phoned for reservations the day before and left names and number as directed by the voice mail greeting. The next day, not having received a phone call telling us otherwise we made the... More

Called to book a tour and the voice mail said that they were in the process of being sold and there would not be any tours until perhaps late February, so outcome is uncertain.

Great trips by knowledgeable and great people! No one knows the river better than the Knowlton's.They offer different tours, and each one is well worth the money. Not only do they do a fantastic tour, they know their history, and there is a lot of it on the lower Colorado. And there is usually wildlife to see- lots of birds,... More

I went with my daughter;s class field trip. I have been up there many times on my own but it was nice having some one to point out the petroglyphs and wild life. The big horn sheep were neet to see. The cabin is cool but kinda trumped up. We also stopped on a sand bar to let the kids... More

We went on the Norton's Landing Jet Boat Tour yesterday. What fun! The captain is friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. We made stops to visit an old miner's cabin, petroglyphs, Picacho State Park, and Norton's Landing (an old steamboat stop). At Norton's Landing, we were served a tasty, substantial box lunch. It was a perfect way to enjoy the Colorado River... More

We really enjoyed our day on the river. It was fun and informative and we had a great picnic lunch given to us at noon. We have also went on the dinner cruise on the river and we think we enjoyed the river day tour better.

A group of 16 of our friends just experienced the 7 hr trip up and down the Colorado River in a Jet Boat. Cool! We had an awesome day-great weather-Captain and daughter were full of great history and other information on the river and area. This is a great trip and well worth the $$.

We boarded the Sternwheeler at Fisher's Landing and were immediately greeted by "Captain Loyd" and his hostess "Cheryl" they welcomed us aboard, and we promptly headed to the upper open air deck as it was a beautiful day and picked out a table. Our journey was heading to the Imperial Dam. The Captain narrated the journey along the Colorado river... More
