We were traveling back to Albuquerque from Flagstaff and saw this place on the map and decided to stop and were so suprised to see so many pottery shards just laying around the ruins. It was an awesome experience. The place was completely deserted. It was worth stopping and I would recommend stopping by. more
We drove through the park on Saturday, but the visitor center was closed. :( The camp ground appeared to be nice. more
We are just getting back from a few days at LaPosoda and a day trip to the Homolovi Ruins. This place is amazing. The Park is the first archaeological park in the AZ State Parks System.
