Yes, it's a small park. But, if you have a sense of fun and adventure (and like the Eagles), it's a great stop. A life-sized statue of Jackson Browne makes a great photo-op (it was raining, and I held my umbrella over him!). A red, flat-bed pick-up is parked at the curb. The building on the adjacent lot burned a... More

The best part is watching all the people stop here to get a picture "on the corner". Everyone is excited to say they've been there.

If you are road tripping it via I-40 you will pass thru Winslow .If you are an Eagles fan or of that generation stop for some fuel and a cup of Joe and head downtown .It is a small town and there is a statue of a rocker with guitar on the corner.(well marked with signage and the obligatory souvenir... This is the main attraction in the tiny town of Winslow - a tiny park paying tribute to the Eagles song. There is a mural depicting the scene described in the song, a statue of a man playing guitar while standin' on the corner, and a red flatbed Ford parked on the side of the road. It's such a fine... Just had to check this out. Corner park in Winslow with a statue, sign, and flatbed Ford was the perfect photo opportunity. There is a terrific little ship on the corner across the street that has route 66, Harley, veteran, and (of course) Standin' on the Corner souvenirs. The shop plays oldies to give just the right amount of ambiance.... More

On a cross country road trip this is a great little place to pull off and stretch your legs. It's a nice little park that is easy to get to from the highway and easy to get back on. You can get out and park and stretch your legs without taking an hour or two or a lot of money.... More

Winslow is a very charming town and if you are a fan of the Eagles like I am, it's a don't miss opportunity. The park is actually called Standin' On The Corner and they give you a great experience. There is Eagles music playing over a loud speaker across from the corner and that helps you get into the mood.... More

get your "Kodak moment" and hit the road. Nice mural and statue, not much else. Don't go out of your way for this.

Take some time and take in all of the Eagles' songs references in the vicinity. Good stopover point when crossing the Arizona desert.

Worth the drive! Seemed a little like Winslow was still around based off the popularity of one song. We would go again!
