Novelty store on the corner of route 66 and Kingsley named "Taking It Easy", constantly pumping out Eagles music. That girl in a flatbed Ford, remember Winslow is part of the song, just parked right on the corner, seriously, so you can take a picture. Cars stopping on the corner are singling at the top of their lungs, whatever Eagles... More

If I were in the bar business in Winslow, Arizona, I'd build an nice bar and grill very near this place with a different flatbed Ford as the centerpiece. There could even be a "Standing On The Corner Hotel." And there could be licensed Eagles merchandise, etc. Oh, the possibilities are so endless. But at least this small, economically challenged... We played Eagles all the way from Sedona. And found THE CORNER with a statue and a flat bedded Ford. It was so cool. Come and see this neat re-creation and "Take it Easy."

We stopped to take a picture with the sculpture of the balladeer. Having the flat bed Ford painted on the wall behind you was a nice touch. Make sure you have the song "Take it Easy." with you. You'll be singing it the whole time you are there!

If you're in Winslow, you have to stand on the corner and get your photo ops. There's even a red flatbed Ford parked on the street! Such a fine sight to see!

I liked it...clever....sure it is fluff.... But it is my generation's iconic history. Kids flying by on bikes smoking pot .....almost made me high...but felt safe to walk there from LA Postada 9 pm

A standing on the corner sign, a hologram of the girl in the flat bed Ford, a real flat bed Ford parked on the street--what more could you want? Have breakfast at Dar's Diner across the street--looks like a relic from the Route 66 days--and watch the other tourists taking pictures of themselves standing on a corner in Winslow Arizona,... This is just a tiny park in a poor section of town. It offers nothing. I love the song, but I like it somewhat less after viewing this dismal park,

We were staying overnight in Winslow on our way to Vegas so we decided to take advantage of this iconic location made famous by the Eagles song (Standing on the corner in Winslow Arizona oh what a sight to see...a girl my lord in a flat bed ford slowing down to check out me)..they have a full size statue of...
