We were driving I-40 from Albuquerque, NM to Sedona, AZ and stopped off in Winslow, since we had seen info about it on the web. If you're coming along I-40 by Winslow, don't miss this stop. There's a life-size statue, the red flat-bed truck parked at the curb, and in the background you can hear the song playing. It's a step back in time, and a nice photo op. Enjoy. more

If you're an Eagles fan, this is a must-stop off of I-40. The park itself is not really a huge deal, but it's a good photo locale and you can say you've been there. There are several gift shops and small restaurants in downtown Winslow near the corner that are worth visiting as well. The building containing the mural wall... more
